Imranma Print is a professional printing company based in Kampala, Uganda, operating from The Villagemall, Bugolobi. We operate the website at www.imranma.com and are the data controller for any personal information collected through our website and services.

For the purposes of this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Imranma Print. "You" refers to any visitor, customer or user of our website or services.

This policy is governed by the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and is aligned with internationally recognised privacy standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services. This falls into two categories:

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted within our WordPress website infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/HTTPS encryption on all pages.

• Order records — retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal purposes
• Customer accounts — retained for as long as your account is active
• Enquiry data — retained for 12 months after the enquiry is resolved
• Uploaded print files — automatically deleted after 7 days (see Section 5)
• Analytics data — anonymised and retained for up to 26 months

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted from our systems.

When you upload artwork, photos, logos or documents through our product configurators or enquiry forms, those files are stored in our secure media library for the purpose of completing your print job.

Your uploaded files are only accessed by the production team at Imranma Print. They are never shared with third parties, used for any purpose other than your print job, or published anywhere.

Please do not upload files containing sensitive personal data about other individuals without their consent.

All payments on our website are processed by Pesapal, a trusted third-party payment gateway. When you pay for an order, you are redirected to Pesapal's secure payment environment.

Pesapal's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. We encourage you to review it at pesapal.com.

We receive only confirmation that a payment was successful, along with the order amount and a reference number.
