Imranma Print is a professional printing company based at The Villagemall, Bugolobi, Kampala, Uganda. We provide printing, design and branded merchandise services to individuals, businesses and organisations across Uganda and East Africa.

References to "we," "us," "our" and "Imranma Print" throughout these terms refer to Imranma Print. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or visitor using our website or services.

By placing an order with Imranma Print — whether online or in person — you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or placing the order with the consent of a parent or guardian
• The information you have provided is accurate and complete
• You have the right to use any artwork, logos or files you upload or submit
• You accept these Terms and Conditions in full

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All prices on our website are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

For custom, RFQ (Request for Quote) or large-volume orders, the price quoted is valid for 7 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept payment through Pesapal (mobile money, cards and bank transfers) on our website. For corporate accounts, we may agree alternative payment terms in writing.

All payments are processed securely by Pesapal. We do not store or have access to your card or mobile money details.

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of any artwork, text, images or files you submit for printing. By submitting files, you confirm that:

• You own or are licensed to use all content in the files, including images, fonts and logos
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not contain anything illegal, offensive, defamatory or obscene
• The files are print-ready or you have requested our design team to prepare them

For best results, we recommend supplying files at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at the final print size, with all fonts embedded or converted to outlines and a bleed area of at least 3mm on all sides where applicable.

If your files do not meet our technical requirements, we will contact you before proceeding. This may delay your order.

Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days. Please retain your own copies of all files you submit.

Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received and your files have been approved. Turnaround times are estimates and begin from the point all three conditions are met — not from when the order is placed.

• Standard turnaround times are displayed on each product page
• Express turnaround is available on selected products at an additional charge
• Turnaround times are working days and exclude public holidays
• Large or complex orders may require additional production time

Orders can be collected from our branch at The Villagemall, Bugolobi, Kampala and Nkurumah Road, SAL Building. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

We offer delivery across Kampala and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Delivery is to the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address
• Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the order has been handed to our delivery team
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our control

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

We take great pride in the quality of our work and use professional-grade equipment and materials. However, please note the following:

• Colour variation: Colours on screen (RGB) and in print (CMYK) are different processes. There may be a variation between what you see on your monitor and the final printed product. This is normal and not considered a defect
• Batch variation: Colours may vary slightly between different print runs, even when using the same files
• Material variation: Different paper stocks and substrates absorb ink differently, which can affect colour appearance
• Resolution: Low-resolution images will appear pixelated or blurry in print. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution files supplied by you

If you require colour-critical output, please contact us before ordering to discuss proof options.

If we make an error on your order — such as printing the wrong file, wrong quantity, or a defect caused by our production process — we will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We are unable to offer refunds or reprints for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to:

• Spelling or grammatical mistakes in your artwork
• Incorrect colours or fonts in your submitted files
• Low-resolution or pixelated images
• Incorrect dimensions or specifications chosen during ordering
• Missing bleed or safe zones in your artwork

Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after production has begun will be charged for work completed to date. Orders that have been fully produced cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a production defect on our part.

The commitment fee paid for photo book orders is non-refundable once design work has commenced, as it covers the cost of design labour already performed.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, design and software — is the property of Imranma Print or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy or use any of it without our written permission.

When you submit files or content to us for printing, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. By submitting, you grant Imranma Print a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Design work created by our team for your order remains the intellectual property of Imranma Print until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imranma Print's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, profits or anticipated savings
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
• Losses arising from errors in customer-supplied artwork or information
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
• Issues caused by third-party services including Pesapal, delivery partners or internet service providers

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit, upload or print any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening or hateful
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt our website
• Use our services for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose
• Submit files containing malware, viruses or any harmful code

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders and report matters to the relevant authorities if we believe our platform is being misused.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before placing large or high-value orders.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
