I don't have a design. Can you create one for me?
Yes. Our professional designers can create custom designs for business cards, flyers, banners, brochures, invitations, packaging, and other printed materials.
What file formats do you accept?
We recommend PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and high-resolution JPG files. If you’re unsure whether your file is suitable for printing, send it to us and we will review it.
Can I see a sample before printing?
Yes. We can provide a digital proof before production begins so you can review and approve your design before printing.
How long does printing take?
Production times vary depending on the product and quantity ordered. Most standard print jobs are completed within a few business days.
Do you deliver printed orders?
Yes. We deliver throughout Uganda and can arrange shipping to other locations upon request.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the destination, package size, and delivery method selected. The final delivery charge will be communicated before dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, cash payments, and other approved payment methods.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes can usually be made before production starts. Once printing has begun, modifications may not be possible, so we encourage customers to review their orders carefully.
